This course is only for those who already have taken 0416-Fundamental of Food Science for Professionals and completeded 3 Modules, but would like to reappear for the Proficiency Exam for the Proficiency Badge. Students who score more than 75% marks will obtain the Certificate of Proficiency

A: Completion of Module 1 - Basic Food Science Principles and Canadian Food Systems
B: Completion of Module 2 - Overview of Food Prosseccing and
C: Completion of Module 3 - Introduction to Food Safety, Fermentation and Natural Health Products.
