This course is only for those who already have taken FOODCERT010 and obtained the 3 Completion Badge, but would like to reappear for the Proficiency Exam for the Proficiency Badge. Students who score more than 75% marks will obtain the Certificate of Proficiency


Pre-Requisite: Must have obtained 3 Badges signifying

A: Completion of Module 1 - Basic Food Science Principles and Canadian Food Systems,

B: Completion of Module 2 - Overview of Food Processing, and

C: Completion of Module 3 - Introduction to Food Safety, Fermentation and Natural Health Products
