As a Learner at the Gateway Team-Based Care Teaching Clinic, you will have an opportunity to see interprofessional, team-based primary care in action.
This brief orientation will introduce you to Gateway’s purpose, values, and team-based care model and help you understand what to look for during your observation. You will gain insight into how team members communicate, coordinate care, involve patients in decision-making, and learn together within a continually evolving teaching clinic.
