ImmunoE - Fundamentals of Conventional and Spectral Flow Cytometry

This module will provide you with an introduction to conventional and spectral flow cytometry and describe how they are used for immunophenotyping and other applications. Students will learn the theory and differences between conventional and spectral flow cytometry, alongside essential information and key tips to help you design and plan your conventional/ spectral flow experiments. At the end of this module, learners will have a strong foundation in the principles behindconventional and spectral flow cytometry, have the tools to design their own optimized flow cytometry panels, and be able to describe clinical and research applications of flow cytometry. This module will provide the fundamentals to jumpstart your practical training on flow cytometers.
