Course Details

Thank you for your interest in the UBC Innovation Support Unit (ISU) Team Mapping Facilitator Training!

The goals of this course are to teach you what Team Mapping is and how to facilitate it with clinical teams that you work with.

This asynchronous, self-paced course takes about two to three hours to complete.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

1. Describe what Team Mapping is and how it can be helpful
2. Prepare to run a Team Mapping session
3. Facilitate a Team Mapping session
4. Synthesize and share information from a Team Mapping session
5. Find resources to help you with Team Mapping
6. Use the virtual platform Miro for Team Mapping (if needed)
