Accredited for 2 CEU. This course takes a decolonized approach to integrating sexual orientation and gender identity and expression (SOGIE) concepts and topics into pharmacy education. In a video presentation, Dr. Jaris Swidrovich discusses the impacts of colonization on queerness and Two-Spirit identities. This presentation is followed by a few examples that explore how to integrate SOGIE into didactic and experiential pharmacy education.
