Full course description
Accredited: 2 CEUs. This course provides an opportunity for pharmacists to learn how best to select, discuss, prescribe and counsel patients on hormonal contraceptives. Learners will receive practical advice on how to utilize available resources to assess and manage potential contraindications, drug-drug interactions related to hormonal contraceptives and when to refer patients to physicians. This course comes with clinical cases along with SOAP format and suggested responses for pharmacists to review.
