Full course description

Accredited 1 CEU. This course provides an overview of dyspepsia and its associated treatment options to aid pharmacists prescribing for minor ailments. Learners will become more comfortable assessing a patient presenting with dyspepsia, differentiating between subtypes of dyspepsia, selecting appropriate medication treatment options, providing counselling and formulating a monitoring and follow up plan. This course includes a simplified assessment approach and end of module cases to reinforce understanding of the accumulated knowledge and skills.
