Full course description
PACT is a new, non-accredited, multi-part learning program presented in collaboration with the Pharmacists in Primary Care Network Program.
British Columbia is undergoing transformation of its primary healthcare system including integration of Primary Care Clinical Pharmacists (PCCPs). The PACT program is intended to optimize shared patient care between pharmacists who, through a combination of their work setting, motivation, and patient panel, expect to collaborate with PCCPs in the care of mutual patients.
Part 1 of The PACT program is comprised of a series of online, self-paced learning modules designed to support skill development for all pharmacists. This part of the program will offer up to 2 hours of non-accredited learning.
