The Next STEP-PF is a 5-module online training program for pharmacist facilitators (PF) within the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences Entry-to-Practice (E2P) Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program. Modules are sequential, self-paced, and include the following topics:

  • Pedagogy
  • Inclusive Teaching Practices
  • Engagement
  • Feedback
  • Assessment

The Next STEP-PF learning modules will help to support high-value teaching, learning and assessment for our students.
