Accredited: 1 CEU. Tramadol and Tramadol-Acetaminophen are frequently prescribed for the treatment of acute and chronic pain in British Columbia. Although recommended as a ‘safer opioid’, the effects of Tramadol can be challenging to predict because of its unique pharmacology. This session will present the best available evidence of side effects and effectiveness of this drug.
